Mission Statement
The Public Theatre of
Kentucky is a nonprofit
organization dedicated to enriching the cultural
life
of Bowling Green and the surrounding region through the
production
of high quality theatre and other performing arts events.

Opening Night Receptions
Come celebrate
Opening Nights at PTK by enjoying delicious
hors d'oeuvres and drinks while
talking with the actors after the show.
After Hour Series
The Phoenix Theatre
provides a cozy intimate space to hear an eclectic mix
of local artists and
bands such as Dryland Fish, Mark Melloan, Pat Haney,
Ernie Small Blues Band
and The Sunshine Comedy Improv Group.

Gallery
Public Theatre proudly
supports local artists from the region. Talented artists
can display and
promote their work in the lobby of The Phoenix Theatre.
In the past, artists
who have displayed their work include Landry Butler,
Andee Rudloff, Stacey
Irvin, Andrea Ford, and Diane Braber Pasley.

Volunteer Opportunities
Public Theatre
is always in need of volunteers. If you are interested in donating your
time
and talents, the following are some of the ways that would be most
appreciated:
Carpentry, electrical, painting and plumbing
skills
Ushering at plays and other evens
Ticket reservation
assistance
Marketing and promotional assistance
Distributing
posters
Calling on potential sponsors
Helping with special
projects
