She Kills Monsters by Qui Nguyen is a comedic romp into the world of fantasy role-playing games. This Young Adventurers Edition tells the story of Agnes as she leaves her childhood home in OH following the death of her sister, Tilly. When Agnes finds Tilly’s Dungeons and Dragons notebook, she stumbles into a journey of discovery and action-packed adventure in the imaginary world that was Tilly’s refuge. In this high-octane dramatic comedy laden with homicidal fairies, nasty ogres, and 90s pop culture, acclaimed young playwright Nguyen offers a heart-pounding homage to the geek and warrior in us all!

This production does contain some mature material. Please exercise caution when bringing children under 12 years of age.

Performances begin promptly at the scheduled times. Please arrive 15-20 minutes before show time. Those arriving late will not be seated until after intermission. No refunds will be issued.

Online tickets are available for purchase up to three hours prior to performance times. The Public Theatre of Kentucky's Box Office, located inside the Phoenix Theatre, opens for ticket sales one hour before performance times on show days only.
