Delia Brown Osborne (Producing Director) is currently in her eleventh season at the Public Theatre. A 

graduate from Western Kentucky University’s Department of Theatre and Dance, Mrs. Osborne has worked 
professionally as a stage manager/assistant stage manager/assistant at Williamstown Theatre Festival’s
(Williamstown, MA) The Blue Demon, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Dead End, Johnny on a Spot, The Big
Knife, and Hecuba; The Music Theatre Group’s (New York, NY) The Running Man; Smoky Mountain Shakespeare
Festival’s (Knoxville, TN) Twelfth Night. Administrator of the University/Resident Theatre Association 
(U/RTA- New York, NY), Mrs. Osborne toured the U.S. from 1999-2002 assisting in a nationwide audition
process for select graduate school programs and theatre companies; and since 1997 she has served as stage
manager for the Southeastern Theatre Conference (SETC) professional auditions. Mrs. Osborne also does 
commercial and film work.
       PTK patrons will remember seeing Mrs. Osborne on the PTK stage in such roles as Elizabeth Bennett in 
Pride and Prejudice, Alice in You Can't Take it with You, Nurse Kelley in Harvey, Elaine in Arsenic and Old Lace,
Mary in Run For Your Wife, Sophie Rauschmeyer in The Star-Spangled Girl, and Mina in Dracula (2001). 
She also directed PTK’s A Midsummer Night's Dream, The Best Christmas Pageant Ever, Arsenic and 
Old Lace and Steel Magnolias (2000). While at PTK, she has created the Sunburst Youth Theatre  and has 
produced well over 60 Mainstage and Sunburst productions.
       Mrs. Osborne currently resides in Hartford, Ky. with her loving husband, David, and three children, Jessica,
 Derek, and Eli. The couple is happy to announce that they are expecting another baby in March. Mrs. Osborne
would like to dedicate the success of this season to the memory of her loving mother, Brenda brown.
   
      April Yingling (Marketing Coordinator) is enjoying her fifth season at PTK as Marketing Coordinator. 
She enjoys dedicating her time to support the arts in this community! April resides in Bowling Green with her 
husband and five year old son, Parker. She works for Home Market Magazine as well as owning her own business 
where she designs and illustrates books, wedding stationary, and logos for many companies all over the United
States. April enjoys volunteering her time to support the arts in our community.
      Brandon Bradshaw (Education Coordinator) is a Bowling Green native and has been very active in the
theatre community for most of his life. Brandon is on the Board of Directors for Fountain Square Players and, when
he was 16, he founded Broad Forest Theatre Company which was active for 3 seasons. He's an Operation Iraqi
Freedom veteran and is the bass player for a touring Christian Rock Band, "Cord of Three", in his spare time.
Brandon likes to ride his motorcycle and spend time with his wife, Heidi, and his two sons, Nolan and Evan.
